How to change a background.....

How in the world do I change my background to something not offered by google? Everyone I follow has such cute backgrounds...I want one too! How do I do it?

    Welcome to blogger!! This is one of my favorite sites to browse through.

    Once you find one you like, download it - Extract Files - Copy the XML/HTML code.

    Go to your blogger dashboard and click layout.

    There is a tab called HTML -- delete current code (Edit template)& put in the code you just copied.

    Click preview blog to see what it will look like.

    Then click Save Template! Easy Peasy!
